The following requirements must be met by all entries
- Each entry document must
not exceed 1,750 words, excluding charts/tables. It must
be accompanied by a 200-word summary which is bound into
the back of the document.
- Each entry document must
be typed, using double spacing, on A4. All pages must
be numbered. A word count must be included.
- Entrants are requested
to submit the following with each individual entry:
- completed ADFX 2006 Entry Form, including signed approval/written permission from the
agencyâs chief executive, relevant client and senior client
executive responsible for the specific product or service
- one unbound copy and seven bound copies of the entry
document
- the complete entry on CD ROM including...
| - the written submission (Microsoft Word) |
| - reproduction quality scans of all artwork submitted, such as TV commerical stills, posters and press advertisements. If illustrating a TV commerical, up to six stills should be provided |
- one Beta copy of any TV and Cinema advertisements

one Compact Disc of any radio advertisements. At least
one sample radio script should also be supplied for those
campaigns with heavy radio usage.
- For the "Long Term" category, creative samples from
across the period should be supplied.
- All entries must be delivered
to IAPI by 12 noon, Friday 11th August 2006
- All entries must be accompanied
