The upcoming CreativeD event, entitled Accessing Resources, will take place from 10:00am until 1:00pm on Wednesday 13th January at the City Walls venue at Dublin City Council’s Wood Quay offices – entrance via Fishamble Street
The event will look at what enterprise development supports exist for members of the Creative Industries, and how you can best access them. In looking at enterprise supports we will be looking at supports other than direct financial investment, for example; grants, advice, mentoring, research, training, innovation vouchers, networking, events, information supports etc.
The list of organisations that will be hosting tables on the day will be:

• Business to Arts
• Dublin City Enterprise Board

• Institute of Designers in Ireland

Randy Slechta, CEO
Leadership Management International, Inc.
As CEO of Leadership Management International, Randy Slechta is a pioneer in the fields of leadership, management, and professional development. Beginning his career with degrees in Psychology and Business, he first achieved success as a High School Basketball and Golf Coach. He shattered every record and led his team to a state championship.
• Randy (Mr. Slechta) joined LMI in 1983.
• In 1986, he was promoted to Vice President of Development.
• In 1993 he was promoted to President.
• In 2008 he reached is current position of CEO.
Under his leadership, LMI has grown tremendously around the world. LMI now has representatives in over 60 countries and its programs are marketed in 23 different languages. Since 1994, he has led LMI to 14 years of double digit sales growth – quadrupling the size of LMI! Randy (Mr. Slechta) and Paul J. Meyer co-authored the book “The 5 Pillars of Leadership.” Their book lays out a blueprint for leaders in the 21st Century. The book has been translated into 8 languages. Mr. Slechta and Mr. Meyer have also co-authored 4 best selling courses – Effective Team Dynamics, Effective Motivational Leadership and the forthcoming Effective Strategic Leadership, and the forthcoming Effective Leadership Development.
