If I am a member of IAPI, who do I contact to make a complaint about another member?
If you wish to make a complaint about another IAPI member you need to contact the CEO on 01 6765991. A written copy of your complaint will also be requested. All rules governing the complaint process are covered in the IAPI bye laws.

What is a Pitch Consultant?
A Pitch Consultant is a person or company who is not a communications agency, but who presents themselves as having a specialist expertise in understanding communication needs and how to select the most suitable communications advisers that a company or client might need. They would therefore understand what communication agencies offer (advertising, public relations, sponsorship etc) and be able to competently compare and assess how those offerings can best match a potential client’s needs.

How do I go about purchasing the JNRS and or JNLR?
IAPI sells the information to its members that require the research. If you are not an IAPI member agency please contact your relative body or the research company in relation to purchasing the data.

If you are an IAPI member please request to be included on the research alert mailing in order to receive updates.

I have misplaced my password for the online version of JNLR or JNRS?
Please email info@iapi.com with your name and agency details and we will issue you with the password.

I completed one of the DIT courses in the past, can I get my results and/or cert?
IAPI has all student results dating back to 1997. We can provide course titles for the older course. Replacement certs can be purchased from IAPI for €10.00*. Please email info@iapi.com if you wish to order.

*Payment must be received prior to cert being dispatched.

How do I find out if an agency is an IAPI member?
If you wish to check if an agency is an IAPI member please refer to the membership list which is kept up-to-date at all times.

When do the IAPI Advertising Effectiveness Awards take place?
The IAPI Advertising Effectiveness Awards are held every two years. The next one will be held in 2010.

Who is eligible to enter the IAPI Effectiveness Awards?
The IAPI effectiveness awards are only open to IAPI members. If you are an advertiser your agency must be an IAPI member in order to enter.

I want to attend events but I am not a member, can I still attend?
Our events are open to IAPI members only.

I am interested in a career in advertising, is there information on courses etc..?
IAPI has provided a career guide and educational element to the website, where you will find all the information you need.

Is there a charge to post a job/ event on the IAPI website?
It is free to post a job or event to all IAPI members. For non members there is a charge of €76.00.

How do I contact CCCI?
The CCCI Alcohol committee meet every Tuesday only, and can be contacted on 01 676 4876.
